• After submitting a confirming email will be sent but record is pending review / approval (to prevent porn and junk)

• Records and URLs can be edited before they are approval but they will not show in the list

• After approval, an email confirmation will be sent and the record will appear in the list

• After approval, photos can be uploaded

• Photo links (2 max) will suppress the E9-Driven gallery, deleting URL(s) will turn on E9-Driven gallery

• The lowest alpha-numeric named photo will be the default for simple list view (image1.jpg will appear before image2.jpg)

Updating Registry

• After a record is submitted you can go to the Update Registry page anytime and make changes.

• You will need your VIN, email and password to login.

• Once logged in you can also go to the Upload Images page

• If your password is lost you can request it by email on the login page.

• If you have more than one record to edit you will need to logout and then login with new VIN

Images

Option 1 (Upload directly from your computer):
1. To upload images to your registry entry the entry must be approved

2. We only support JPG and GIF format images

3. To start, select the Upload Photos page.

4. Enter your VIN, your email, and the password you created when you registered (if you forgot it you can request it back by email)

5. Once logged in you can also go to the Update Registry page

6. An upload tool will appear and you can upload as many images as you like.

7. The image with the lowest alpha name will be the default for simple list view

8. You can delete an image by clicking the [X] in the list

9. You can come back any time with more photos and to delete photos

10. If possible, please set the photo resolution to 800x600 (or in this range); we may also adjust them after they are loaded

11. If you have more than one record to upload images to you will need to logout and then login with new VIN

Option 2 (provide URL):

1. Only 2 URLs can be submitted and they will disable the upload gallery

2. To start, select the Update Registry page

3. Enter your VIN, your email, and the password you created when you registered (if you forgot it you can request it back by email)

4. Paste a direct link to a site like Photobucket for 1 or two photos (#1 will be the default for simple list mode view)

5. Example: http://i198.photobucket.com/albums/aa208/jhjacobs/InkaM1.gif

6. You can generally edit anything in your record but the VIN (we can help with this)

7. You can change this any time

8. If you have more than one record to edit you will need to logout and then login with new VIN

Option 3 (provide gallery URL):

1. To start, select the Update Registry page

2. Enter your VIN, your email, and the password you created when you registered (if you forgot it you can request it back by email)

3. Paste a direct link to a gallery site like Photobucket (this will not create a default image, only a gallery link)

4. Example: http://s198.photobucket.com/albums/aa208/jhjacobs/E9Coupe%20Calendar/

5. You can change this any time.

6. If you have more than one record to edit you will need to logout and then login with new VIN
