(complete instrument panel removed)
Pull off bulb holder and plug connectors.
When installing:
green-white +
brown-white G
brown -
Remove screws and take off coolant thermometer.

Check coolant thermometer.
Detach wire from coolant thermometer sensor and connect
to earth (ground).
Switch on ignition momentarily.
The coolant thermometer needle should be deflected fully
into the red zone.
