By the thermo-switch the automatic chokes will be heated
only from + 17° C (63° F).
Test procedure: Connect test lamp with battery positive
terminal and connecting cable with thermo-switch.
Test lamp must not light up at temperatures above
+ 17° C ± 3° C (63° F ± 5° F).
The thermo-switch must be replaced if the test lamp lights
up continuously.
Drain cooling water.
Fitting instruction: Bleed cooling system (17 11 000).
Pull off cable.
Unscrew thermo-switch.
Replace gasket.
