Remove lower section of steering column housing (32 31 020).
Remove lower center left instrument panel trim
(51 45 190).
Remove steering wheel (32 33 000).
Unscrew the turn indicator switch.
When installing:
a) Steering must be in straight-ahead position.
b) Turn indicator must be in central (cancelled) position.
c) Actuating peg should point to center of cancelling cam.
d) Set clearance A to approx. 0.3 mm (0.012 in.) with
the turn indicator switch.

Extract the cable harness from the retaining clips.
Pull out the control lever light, detach the flat
plug and separate the cable connection.

Pull off the black multi-pin plug (A) and the grey-blue
cable (B).
