Remove the escutcheon, turn fully clockwise, then turn back
2 turns.

Press the sliding roof panel evenly towards the front edge
of the roof in order to align the guides. Install the escutcheon
and close the roof several times. Keeping the roof closed,
remove the escutcheon, turn fully clockwise, install and
secure the handle in the center of the recess.
The ideal sliding roof panel position is 1 mm (0.04 in.)
deeper than the roof at the front and 1 mm (0.04 in.) higher
at the back.
Adjust after loosening screw (1).
The guide piece has splines for height adjustment.

For basic adjustment, mount the guide with the flat forked
end on the guide rail. Fine adjustment is by turning the
knurled nuts.

If the cranked end is mounted on the guide rail, the sliding
roof panel will be deeper at the front.
