Remove the door panel time (51 42 000).
Drive out the rivet.
Move the door stay to the second notch.
Remove the screws.
Remove the door stay to the inside.
When installing: Adjust height of door stay so that the retaining
strap is not tilted in the bracket on the door post.

Install the door stay in the second notch position.
