Press away the center door pillar lining.

Remove all screws from door striker plate.
Warning: Hold the threaded plate firmly by hand.

When installing: Screw the striker plate lightly into position and align
with door lock. Adjust striker plate so that when the doors are closed the outer
surface of the front door is 1 mm (0.04 in.) higher than surface of the rear door.
Tighten the striker plate firmly.
