Remove (install) master cylinder (34 31 000).
Apply slight pressure to the piston (1).
Remove the stop screw (2).
When installing: Use a new copper gasket under the stop
screw.
Lift out the Seeger circlip (3) and exact the piston (1).
Pull off the stop washer (4), secondary sleeve (5), inter-
mediate ring (6), secondary sleeve (7) and stop washer (8).
When installing: Coat piston rod with silicone grease.

To replace the primary sleeve (8), remove the special

screw (9).
Take off the spring cap (10), spring (11), spring cup (12),
pressure plate (13) and spacing washer (14).

Carefully remove the piston (15) by compressed air.
Pull off the spring (16), spring cup (17), pressure plate (18),
primary sleeve (19) and spacing washer (20).
Lift out the secondary sleeve (21) and primary sleeve (22).

Clean all parts with alcohol.
Do not re-install a master cylinder if the cylinder bore
surface is damaged.
When installing: Apply ATE cylinder paste to new com-
ponents. Clamp the master cylinder vertically into the vice

to prevent the pressure plate from slipping during reas-
sembly.
Install piston with assembly sleeve 6063.
