Knock off sealing cover and remove circlip.
Remove cable straps from bellows.
Force off joint.
Pull off bellows.
Fill joint and bellows with 120 grams (4.2 oz) of Shell-
Retinax AM.

Note when fitting: Make sure that the concave surface of
the axial tightening ring faces towards the joint.

Clean sealing surfaces on bellows so that they are free of grease.
Coat bellows with sealing material¹).

So that cable straps can be tightened more easily, drill two holes with a dia. of 2 mm 0.07874").
