Remove steering wheel (32 33 000).
Detach lower section of housing (32 31 020).
Pull off canelling cam (1) and collar (2).
When installing: See also 32 31 131
(Cancelling cam - replacing).
Lift out circlip (3).
When installing: Recess in collar (2) locates over circlip.

Take off washer (4),coil spring (5) and ring (6).
Drive out steering column bearing (7) from upper section of housing.
When installing: The ring shank faces the steering column bearing.

Press the circlip (3) into the groove on the steering column using the
collar the wrong way up.
