Drain the oil¹).
Open the tab washer.
Unscrew the nut.
Pulloff the steering drop arm with Kukko 204-2 puller.
¹) For oil grade and quantity, see technical data.

When installing: The arrow on the steering drop arm must be aligned
with the mark on the steering roller shaft.

Check steering drop arm for distortion. A = 89.5 + 0.5 mm (3.524 + 0.020 in.).

Remove the steering box cover with the steering roller shaft.
When installing: Apply Atmosit to the steering box sealing face
and screws.

Remove the end cover.
Warning: Note shims.
Drive out the worm shaft from the steering box with a plastic headed hammer.
When installing: Apply Atmosit to screws, end cover and shims.
Install the steering worm and roller shaft.
Check friction value¹) and adjust if necessary (see procedure 32 11 611).
