The following requirements must be fulfilled before any axle alignment work:
1. Good, even tyre treads.
2. Specified tyre pressures.
3. Perfect condition wheel rims.
4. Specified wheel bearing play.
5.Car in normal position (see Page 32-0/3).
Determine actual values with an optical tester.
Fill in check sheet.

a) tie bar distorted
b) control arm distorted
c) spring strut distorted
d) wheel house distorted
e) distortion in floor assembly

4 Toe difference angle incorrect
(assuming that camber and caster are correct)
a) tie rods adjusted unevenly
b) tie rod arm bent
c) steering drop arm installed wrong
