Take off wheel.
Remove brake disc from wheel hub.
Remove wheel hub and adjust wheel bearing play¹), cf..
31 20 004.
Measure lateral run-out¹) at extreme outer diameter of
brake disc contact surface.
Important: Attach meter support at spring strut so as to
avoid incorrect readings caused by movement of the car.
