Drive out the lockpin when the selector lever is in neutral.

Pull out the selector lever up to the transmission tunnel.
Remove the spring.

Note when fitting: Detach the accelerator cable.
Engage short arm of spring on accelerator cam (1). The
point of the accelerator cam (1) faces to the rear as seen
in the driving direction. Place long arm of the spring in
the groove on the housing. Install the selector lever up to
the stop.

Turn the accelerator cam counterclockwise until the accel-
erator cable can be installed.
