A) Troubleshoot with Bosch Tester No. 0 684 100 202 - see
13 60 009.
B) If a Bosch Tester is not available:
Turn on ignition.
Hold test lamp against ground.
The resistor are good if the test lamp is on at the outlets of the resistors.

To replace, disconnect plugs and take resistors off of holder.
Connection plan:
43 Power feed to cylinders 1-4
43/2 Power feed to cylinders 5 and 6
37 Cylinder 1
38 Cylinder 2
40 Cylinder 3
41 Cylinder 4
55 Cylinder 5
56 Cylinder 6
