Remove air cleaner - 13 71 000.
Detach return springs.
Press off rod
Lift out lock (1). Remove waved disc (2) and operating lever
(3) with plastic bushes.

Loosen nut (4) on clamping screw (5).
Remove throttle lever (6).

Note when fitting: Install throttle lever (6) and operating lever
(3). Leave clamping screw (5) loose.
Loosen nut (7) and loosen stop screw (8).
Press throttle valve closed tightly. Tighten screw (8) until there is at least
1 mm (0.040") play (a) between roller (9) and the end of the gate on
throttle lever (6).
Tighten stop screw (8) by one turn and tighten nut (7).
Apply Longterm Grease 2 to roller and guideway.
Adjust throttle valve switch - see 13 63 534.
Adjust engine idle speed - see 13 00 054.
