Remove air cleaner - see 13 71 000.
Disconnect plug (1) at throttle valve switch.
Coution! Do not pull on wires.
Press of connecting rod (2), retarded ignition hose (3) and
vent hose (4).

Disconnect advanced ignition hose (5) and auxiliary
air hose (6).

Detach coolant hoses (7) and (8).
Note when fitting: Bleed cooling system - 17 00 039.

a) Remove cylinder head cover - see 11 12 000 - or
b) remove lower left staybolt.
Note when fitting: Saw a slot in the staybolt to speed up
installation and tighten with a screwdriver.
Detach throttle housing at header.
Note when fitting: Replace gasket.
Adjust idle speed - see 13 00 054.
