Mark location of upper and lower pump sections to each
other.
Take off upper section.
Loosen intake valve (1).
Check sealing surface.
Check function of exhaust valve (2).

Disassemble lower section.

Replace diaphragm.

Position the diaphragm properly with the help of gauge 5125.
