Removal and fitting of entire air filter housing cf. 13 71 000.
Disconnect fuel hose.
Unscrew stay bolt and fastening bolts for carburettor cover.

Before unscrewing bolt, press circlip hard against the joint.
If this is not done the starter butterfly must be readjusted; cf. 13 11 044.
Note when fitting: With starter butterfly closed, the joint must
rest against the circlip.

Take out idling jet.
Remove intermediate block below cover.

Clean main jets (1), pump suction valve (2), pump pressure
valve (3), intermediate jet (4) and float chamber.

Remove and clean air corrector jets (4), mixture tubes (5)
and pump plunger.
Note when fitting: Do not confuse air corrector (jet¹) and
mixture tubes²). First stage must be at right-hand side, seen from direction
of travel.
