Only required if warning light stays on when engine is running.
Pull multiple plug away from regulator (engine stopped).
With a wire bridge connect flat connector of the blue lead (D + /61) with
flat connector of black lead (DF).
Start engine and run at approximately 1000 rpm.
If the generator warning light goes out immediately, the regulator
is defective.
If the generator warning light glows or continues to burn brightly,
overhaul alternator.
