Remove the cover plate 11 62 180.
Detach the exhaust manifold form the cylinder head and from the exhaust
pipe.
Take off the exhaust manifold.

When installing: Note that the gasket hole is not central.
Gasket (1) is correct, gasket (2) is incorrectly installed.
