Drain some coolant.
Note when fitting: Bleeding of coolant system cf. 17 00 039.
Remove intake air collector cf. 11 61 050.
Remove pressure regulator and support (1) from intake manifold.

Disconnect coolant hose from thermostat housing.
Pull flat plug off injection valves.
Note: Do not pull at the cables.
Remove injection valves 1 ÷ 3. Circular pipe must remain connected.
Note when fitting: Always replace small rubber sealing ring (A).
Note: Be careful not to damage jet nozzles.

Unscrew bolts (4) from intake manifold, remove intake
manifold from cylinder head.

Take out intake manifold.
Note when fitting: Replace sealing.
