Drain some coolant.
Note when fitting: Bleeding of coolant system cf. 17 00 039.
Remove air filter housing cf. 13 71 000.
Take off fuel houses and vacuum hoses.
Disconnect throttle linkage bar (1) and connecting bar (2).
Remove bearing block (3).
Note when fitting: Shaft must have axial play.

Pull cable (4) off choke carburettor .
Remove vacuum hose (5) for brake servo.
Remove water hoses 6 ÷ 9 from cover and choke carburetor cover.
Remove support for dipstick.

Remove intake pipe from cylinder head.
Pull off fastening flanges on touching plate.
Note when fitting. Adjust engine idling speed and fuel/air
mixture cf. 13 00 004.
