Drain coolant.
Note when fitting: Bleeding of coolant system cf. 17 00 039.
Remove auxiliary air slide (1).
Note when fitting: Replace sealing (2).

Pull plug off temperature retard switch (3) and temperature
sensor (4).
Disconnect hoses (5) and (6).
Remove housing with support plate.

Unscrew bolts and remove housing.
