Pull off hub.
Note when assembling: The side of the flange with the
double grading must face towards the water pump.
Take off circlip.

Press the impeller off the shaft and the water pump
bearing out of the pump casing.

Force axial sliding packing ring (1) out of the casing.
Take off cover ring (2).

Note when assembling: Press on impeller with
Loctite AVV.
Ensure that gap B = 0.9 ± 0.2 mm (0.0354 ± 0.0079").

Press in water pump bearing until it is secure (snug fit).
Press on hub.
Important: Distance A = 99.8 mm (3.9291").
