Remove the radiator 17 11 000.

Remove front panel lower apron 51 47 490.

Take off the cover plate.

Prevent the engine from turning with tool 6069.

For automatic transmission use tool 6069-1.

Loosen the alternator.
Unscrew the nut¹ and pull off the vibration damper with hub.

Warning:Note correct installed position of key (1).

When installing:If the hub is severely scord, insert the
sealing ring so that the lips run in front of or behind the scored area.
