If the max. wear limits are exceeded, drive out cold valve guide with mandrel 609 into combustion chamber. |  |
Check bore in cylinder head. If the maximum diameter is exceeded, the bore must be reamed and an oversize valve guide¹ installed.  ¹ See specifications

Heat cylinder head ¹. Press valve into combustion chamber from camshaft end. The conical groove faces forward camshaft end. Caution! The bore in mandrel 610 determines the installation depth A of 15_0.5mm (0.590_0.020"). Ream valve guide to specified inside diameter ¹. ¹ See specifications
